Yvon and I went to Brussels in 2000 on a little tour of some low country cities. Though I remember being entranced by how decorative the city was, it also seems that the weather was fairly miserable, as evidenced by these sunless images. Again, it's one of those cases where I really wish that I had a digital camera back then, but you can't just revisit everywhere you've been to take better and more photos, can you?
